- Line your 9" pie pan with one crust, set second crust aside for later.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, cooked chicken, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir to incorporate. Once the filing is mixed thoroughly, pour into the pie dish.
- Top with the remaining crust, and crimp the edges to seal the two crusts together.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned.
